Tsolmonchimeg is the house and leading expert on commerce, real estate and employment law. Her work regularly covers transactions related to real estate construction and development, real estate investments, joint ventures, and insolvency. Her skills also extend to the litigation and arbitration practice, where she has represented Fortune500 companies in commercial and contract disputes, as well as real estate and land disputes, and employment disputes among others.
Prior to joining GTs Advocates, Tsolmonchimeg focused heavily on legal research and is a co-author of the book, "International Private Law", which was published in 2004 and was warmly received by the Mongolian law community.
She is fluent in Mongolian, Russian and English.
Tsolmonchimeg is a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and admitted to practice law in Mongolia.
